On the ground floor you find the fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room, guest toilet, living -dining area with open fireplace, and a covered terrace looking onto a private garden. Three of the 4 ensuite are downstairs, while upstairs you will find one bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bathroom as well as a large charming terrace overlooking the golf course. The house has a private parking area and storage room. There is a communal swimming pool and a Concierge and security service 24hrs at the entrance of the development. It is equipped with air conditioning cold / warm, underfloor heating throughout and fiber optic internet connection.
