12pm – 1pm / Smoothie Time 

1pm – 2:30pm / Move On! 30+30+30 (cardio/tone/stretch)

2:30pm – 8pm / Spa Access* 

*Hydrothermal circuit, sauna, steam room. 30€ extra charge for non-members.
